Sure, it's expensive, especially with those ~$55 song packs on top of the ~$15 subscription fee, and it's such a hassle to grind to unlock the majority of the songlist, but it's still the best legal way to play IIDX at home.

What can I say? You play as a cat.

Underrated physics-based first person shooter. Also, Bone Flakes, Konami-brand garbage bags, and Robbie the Rabbit eating ketchup hotdogs.

It just felt wrong to play a Castlevania game on the same day Konami decided to delve into Non Functioning Toilets, so I decided to play its spiritual successor even if it wasn't technically "retro". This is a short game, so I decided to play its Nightmare Mode as well.
Pretty fun game!

Wanted to do this as a sort of filler.

It's R-Type. Got a rather odd ending, maybe I should go back to this someday?

Pretty interesting story-driven adventure game with an emphasis on real-time dialogue. I'd recommend going into this blind.

An excellent sequel to an excellent comic book game.

I'm not a big comic book guy, but I did love playing through this game. Reminds me of the Batman Arkham games, which I did like.

I'll admit: I had to use save states for that last level. 3 bosses in a row with no health items? Not pretty.
On Hiatus

For some reason, this totally legitimate copy of the game was entirely in English!
In all seriousness, I am playing through this game using the fan translation by the late Near. I had to do an aside because I wanted to play something different for October, and I never really went back to it becuase I just felt it wasn't that entertaining to watch.
I'll finish this part later.
